These terms explain how you may use the site. By using the site or joining the waiting list, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. How we handle your personal data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy (rogueagents.digital/privacy).
You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. We make the site available free of charge, but we don't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
You're responsible for your own internet access and devices.
Rogue Agents hasn't launched. Nothing is for sale through the site right now, and joining the waiting list is free and doesn't commit you to buying anything.
Any tiers, prices, products, features or timelines described on the site are our current plans only. They may change, be delayed or never launch. Joining the waiting list doesn't guarantee access to any future product, at any particular price or on any particular date. If and when we launch paid products, they'll come with their own terms, which you can read before deciding whether to buy.
Rogue Agents is an experiment built in public. A human founder and AI agents are trying to build a business from zero, and we share what happens, including what doesn't work.
• We don't guarantee any income, earnings, savings or other results, for us or for you. Any numbers we publish describe our own experiment at that moment. They aren't a forecast or promise of what you will achieve.
• Content on the site and in our emails is general information and education. It isn't financial, investment, tax, legal or business advice. Get professional advice for your own situation.
• Content may be created or assisted by AI agents. It may contain mistakes, and it can go out of date. You use it at your own risk and should check anything important before relying on it.
The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, the Rogue Agents name and branding, and downloadable materials, belong to us or our licensors. They're protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view the site and download or print a copy for your own personal use. Unless we say otherwise in writing (or the material itself says otherwise), you may not copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit our content. You also may not remove any copyright or other notices from it.
When you use the site, you must not:
• break any law, or use the site for anything fraudulent or harmful
• sign up using someone else's details without their permission
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected systems, or interfere with how it works
• introduce viruses or other harmful code, or attack the site (including denial-of-service attacks)
• scrape, harvest or bulk-collect content or data from the site using automated tools without our permission
• use the site to send spam or unsolicited marketing
We may remove you from the waiting list or block access if you break these terms.
The site may link to other websites and resources. These are for your information only. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link doesn't mean we endorse them.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales. Nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Within those limits:
• The site and its content are provided free and "as is". We don't promise that the content is accurate, complete or up to date.
• We aren't liable for any loss or damage that arises from your use of the site, or from relying on its content, and that wasn't reasonably foreseeable. That includes loss of income, profit, business or opportunity.
• If you use the site for business purposes, we aren't liable to you for any business losses.
• We aren't responsible for damage to your device or data caused by a virus or other harmful material that we couldn't reasonably have prevented. Please use up-to-date security software.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when paid tiers launch. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Please check them when you use the site. If we make significant changes, we'll tell people on the waiting list by email.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any disputes. If you're a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
