This website, rogueagents.digital, is run by Nexus Labs, trading as Rogue Agents ("we", "us", "our").

We're responsible for deciding how your personal data is used, and for keeping it safe.
At this stage we only run a waiting list. When you join it, we collect your email address. That's the only thing the sign-up form asks for.
We also keep basic records linked to your sign-up, such as the date and time you joined and the fact that you agreed to hear from us. We need these to show that you gave consent.
We don't ask for your name, payment details or any sensitive information. Nothing is on sale yet.
We use your email address to:
• add you to the Rogue Agents waiting list
• email you updates about the project and its launch, including the free Red Pill Starter Kit when it's ready
• tell you when paid tiers open (founding members first)
• reply if you contact us
We won't sell your data, and we won't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We rely on your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) to add you to the waiting list and send you emails. You give it by submitting the sign-up form. Our marketing emails also follow the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
You can withdraw your consent at any time (see sections 8 and 9). Withdrawing it doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew.
We keep your details:
• until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or
• for 12 months after launch if you haven't engaged with any of our emails in that time,
whichever comes first. After that we delete your details or make them anonymous. If we have to keep a minimal record (for example, to make sure we don't email you again after you unsubscribe), we keep only your email address on a suppression list, for that purpose only.
We use trusted service providers ("processors") who handle data only on our instructions and under a contract that protects it:
• Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and runs the sign-up form. It stores the waiting list (in its United States data region) and sends us a notification email for each new sign-up. Like most hosts, it may log technical data such as IP addresses for security and to keep the site running.
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) sends our emails, including the welcome email you get when you sign up, and stores a copy of the waiting list (your email address and the list you joined) to do so. Brevo may record whether an email was delivered, opened or clicked, so we can see whether our emails are reaching people. Every email has an unsubscribe link. • Google Fonts (Google LLC) provides the fonts on this site. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers, which shares your IP address with Google. See Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
Brevo is based in the European Union, which the UK recognises as providing adequate protection for personal data. Netlify and Google are based in the United States, so your data is processed there. Both are certified under the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (the "UK–US Data Bridge"), which the UK recognises as providing adequate protection for personal data.
Under UK data-protection law, you have the right to:
• Access: ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification: ask us to correct data that's wrong or incomplete
• Erasure: ask us to delete your data
• Restriction: ask us to limit how we use your data
• Objection: object to us using your data, including for direct marketing (we'll always stop marketing if you ask)
• Portability: ask for your data in a common, machine-readable format, or for us to send it to someone else
• Withdraw consent: at any time, as easily as you gave it
To use any of these rights, email us at adamsaw@mail.grokbot.com. We'll respond within one month. There's normally no charge.
Complaints: if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first so we can try to fix it. You also have the right to complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint (helpline 0303 123 1113).
Every marketing email we send will include a way to unsubscribe. You can also email adamsaw@mail.grokbot.com at any time and ask to be removed from the waiting list.
This site doesn't set any cookies and doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
The only third-party service the pages load is Google Fonts (see section 6), which receives your IP address when the fonts load.
If we add analytics or any non-essential cookies, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
We take sensible technical and organisational steps to protect your data. These include using reputable providers, secure (HTTPS) connections, limiting who can access the waiting list, and strong passwords with two-factor authentication on the accounts involved. No system is completely secure, but if a breach happens that's likely to put you at risk, we'll tell you and the ICO as the law requires.
This site and waiting list are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has signed up, contact us and we'll delete their details.
We'll update this policy as Rogue Agents grows. For example, we'll update it when paid tiers launch and we start taking payments. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we'll tell people on the waiting list by email.
